The Presidential Plenary and other high-profile sessions will be streamed live for all participants, and some will accommodate both in-person and virtual presenters. Most other sessions will be designated either virtual or in-person. Virtual offerings will offer greater access opportunities for students and those who are not able or willing to travel, especially from outside the United States.

We invite you to organize and get involved in sessions, workshops, field trips, special events, and activities and we look forward to seeing you virtually and in Honolulu.

What will each experience look like?

Virtual Experience:

• Present in a virtual session (paper, poster, panel)
• Watch all live virtual and streamed in-person sessions
• Access all recorded session content for 90 days
• Participate in Presidential and other high-profile live-streamed in-person sessions
• Interact with in-person attendees in some select sessions that will accommodate both virtual and in-person presenters.

In-person Experience:

• Present in an in-person or virtual session (paper, poster, panel) – your choice!
• Watch all live virtual sessions
• Access all recorded session content for 90 days
• Participate in in-person sessions, workshops, keynotes, fieldtrips, and other activities
• Interact with virtual attendees in some select sessions that will accommodate both in-person and virtual presenters.
