Description
The Peace Fellowship is a leadership program from Yale’s International Leadership Center, bringing together 16 rising peacebuilders from around the world. It’s for people working in conflict prevention, reconciliation, or peacebuilding who want to deepen their skills and broaden their impact.
What it offers:
- A blend of virtual learning and two in-person residencies: one study trip in the UAE, and one seminar week at Yale in New Haven
- Fully funded—travel, lodging, food, and program materials are covered
- Intensive training in leadership, negotiation, conflict analysis, and cross-cultural understanding
- A global peer cohort, mentorship from experts, and opportunities to network and collaborate across sectors
Who should apply:
- Individuals with proven experience in peacebuilding, conflict resolution, or reconciliation work
- Strong leadership track record and a commitment to growing professionally
- Fluent in English and able to join all program components (virtual + both in-person residencies)
Duration & Timeline:
- Program runs from January through May with virtual & in-person components
- Includes an international study trip (Feb 1-5, 2026) + a week-long seminar at Yale (April 13-17, 2026)
