SEARCA Scholarship 2026 (Southeast Asia, Fully Funded)

This scholarship offers full support for graduate study (Master’s or PhD) to students in Southeast Asia, especially those interested in agriculture, food security, climate resilience, and related development fields.

Who Can Apply

• Citizens of Southeast Asian countries that are SEAMEO/SEARCA members

• Students applying for or currently enrolled in Master’s or PhD programs

• Full scholarships including tuition, travel, living expenses, and related academic costs

• Opportunities for thesis or dissertation work tied to SEARCA’s strategic priorities (farmer income, nutrition, climate smart agriculture, institutional capacity in the region)

Expectations

• Proposed research should align with SEARCA’s regional development agenda

• Applicants are encouraged to innovate in relation to agriculture, environment, climate, and rural systems
