Program in Economic and Public Policy (PEPP) – University of Tsukuba

The PEPP is a master’s degree in International Public Policy taught entirely in English at the University of Tsukuba (Japan). Since 1995, it has been tailored for mid-career professionals from developing and transition economies, equipping them to drive socio-economic development through robust policy analysis. Scholarship Support:
Students awarded scholarships from either the ADB–Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) or the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) are eligible for:

• Fully covered tuition and fees
• Monthly living stipend
• Round-trip airfare between their home country and Japan
• National health insurance
