Kashiyama scholarship foundation Student Dorm OAK Village / Application Closed

Eligibility
(1)Privately financed international students studying at a graduate school of UTokyo and having 'college student' visa status. (Only those who are studying within a standard study period of your program.)
(2)Those who are in financial difficulties.
(3)Those who can contribute to international understanding and mutual friendship.
(4)Those who are able to communicate in Japanese.
(5)Those who will follow the rules of Oak Village.
(6)Those who can actively participate in the events hosted by the foundation.
Location of dorm3-23-25 Daizawa Setagaya-ku, Tokyo
（ca. 10 minutes walk from Ikenokami Sta, Keio-Inokashira Line)
Room TypeStudio 18�F with bathroom, toilet and small kitchen (Photos here）
Rent120,000 JPY/year as Utility charge

Apply toApplicants must submit/post-mail the following documents to the ILO. Application Forms should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

(2)Application form the Student Dorm Oak Village (UTokyo form)
(3)Application form the Student Dorm Oak Village (Foundation form)
(4)Student ID card (1 copy)
(5)Residence card (1 copy)
(6)Document to show your monthly income
�@Bank statement to show the remittance amount from your patron or balance.
�ACopy of a payment slip if you work part-time, or the Statement Regarding Part-time work.
