Chancellor’s International Scholarship (CIS) – University of Warwick

The Chancellor’s International Scholarship offers outstanding PhD candidates from around the world the chance to study at Warwick with full financial support. Up to 42 scholarships are available for the 2025/26 academic year.

Each award covers:

• Full tuition fees
• A maintenance stipend (up to 3.5 years)
• A £5,000 grant for research, training, and development

Applicants must be applying for a new MPhil/PhD or PhD programme at Warwick starting in October 2025 and be classed as an overseas fee payer.

Key deadlines:

• Course application: 9 December 2024
• Scholarship application: 12 December 2024
• Supporting documents: 7 January 2025
