The Yale World Fellows Program is a highly prestigious, fully funded four-month leadership program hosted at Yale University. Designed for mid-career professionals with demonstrated global impact, the program brings together exceptional leaders from around the world to deepen their leadership capacity, expand their global perspective, and accelerate their influence across sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to mid-career professionals (typically 5–25 years of experience)

• Applicants must be non-U.S. citizens (or primarily working outside the U.S.)
• Fluency in English is required
• Candidates should demonstrate:

• Not open to full-time students or purely academic applicants

Program Structure

• Full-time residential program from mid-August to mid-December at Yale
• Weekly seminars focused on building a “good society” and global leadership perspectives
• Individual and group coaching, along with skill-building sessions
• Participation in Yale’s intellectual life through lectures, panels, and collaborations
• Opportunities to mentor Yale students and contribute to campus discussions
