The Tokyo Global Partner Scholarship Program is a fully funded graduate scholarship at Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU) in Japan, designed to support outstanding international students pursuing Master’s or PhD degrees and strengthen global academic collaboration and innovation.

What’s Offered

  • Full tuition and admission fee exemption for the standard duration of the programme (2 years for Master’s, 3 years for PhD).

  • A monthly stipend of ¥150,000 to help cover living costs while studying in Japan.

  • International airfare support to assist with travel to Japan and back after completion.

  • Exemption from certain examination fees and access to housing referral services.
