BP Indonesia Intern Programmes

BP Indonesia offers a 12-week internship program in Jakarta for students and recent graduates, designed to provide exposure to real energy sector challenges and build professional skills within a global energy company.

What’s Offered

• Hands-on project work in areas like engineering, geophysics, geology, reservoir engineering, HSE & Carbon, and subsurface engineering

Eligibility & Requirements

• Indonesian nationals or permanent residents

• Undergraduate (S1) or Master’s (S2) students who will graduate between January 2025 and August 2026

• Less than one year of professional work experience

• Strong academic record (Second Upper Honors or approximately 3.2 GPA or equivalent)

• Relevant field of studies depending on role (e.g. engineering, geosciences, environmental sciences)

• Internship period: 12 weeks, offered during June, July or August 2026

• Location: Jakarta
