VLIR-UOS Study Scholarships (ICP Connect)

The VLIR-UOS Study Scholarships support talented students from Africa, Asia, and Latin America to pursue selected English-taught bachelor’s and master’s programmes at Flemish universities in Belgium. These fully funded awards cover tuition fees, living allowance, travel, insurance, and other study-related costs.

Eligibility: Applicants must come from one of the VLIR-UOS eligible countries and demonstrate strong academic potential and commitment to sustainable development in their home countries.

Application: Candidates apply directly to the chosen ICP Connect programme at a Flemish university and indicate their interest in the VLIR-UOS scholarship during the application process.
