University of Milan Regional DSU Scholarships

The DSU Regional Scholarships provide financial support to students at the University of Milan, helping those from disadvantaged backgrounds access higher education. Awards are based on both academic merit and financial need.

• Full exemption from tuition fees

• Free or subsidized housing and meals at university canteens

• Annual cash stipend between €2,100 and €8,070 (depending on income and residency status)

• Extra allowances (up to €500) for books, sports, or travel, particularly for students from outside Europe

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Must be enrolled full-time at the University of Milan in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, single-cycle, or eligible PhD program

• Must meet merit, income, and attendance requirements (financial documentation required)

• Cannot be combined with another full scholarship covering the same academic year

📝 Selection & Renewal

• First-year students are ranked primarily on financial criteria, provided minimum merit thresholds are met

• Renewal requires students to meet academic progress benchmarks (credits and grades)
