The Virtual Education Fair will open on March 1, 2025 and run continuously for one month. This extended duration provides ample opportunity for students, parents, and school counselors to explore each booth and connect with university representatives at their convenience.

We designed this Virtual Education Fair to accommodate up to 3,000 daily visitors without impacting performance, ensuring a smooth and interactive experience for both students and exhibitors. This cap allows us to maintain quality engagement and optimize interaction rates.

The platform will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the month, allowing students from different time zones to visit the booths and access information at any time. To support real-time interaction, university representatives can set specific “live” hours based on their availability.

• Live Chat and Q&A Sessions: Enable real-time communication with prospective students and parents through our text .
• Webinars and Presentations: Host informational sessions or workshops to showcase your programs.
• On-Demand Content: Share pre-recorded videos, digital brochures, and downloadable resources.
• Group Appointments: Schedule group meetings with students or parents, allowing for more personalized engagement. (add on) 

Yes! Universities can host live presentations or Q&A sessions during the fair. These sessions can be scheduled at your convenience, and students will be notified of upcoming events. 

Upon registration, each university will receive a detailed guide for setting up their booth, along with the following support:

• Training Sessions: You will receive training session on how to use the platform’s features and run live sessions.
• Technical Support: Available throughout the event to assist with any technical issues or troubleshooting.

To accommodate different time zones, we can help universities to appoint a support representative (PIC) to staff the booth during hours when your team is unavailable. Our support representatives will ensure that key information is shared with visitors and will forward questions directly to your team.

The virtual fair platform includes an easy-to-navigate directory, allowing attendees to browse by location, field of study, and other criteria. Each booth will also have a profile with your university’s branding, helping to draw attention to your programs and unique offerings.

At the end of the event, universities will receive an analytics report containing detailed data on booth visits, interaction types, and content engagement. Additionally, you’ll receive:

• Contact details of students who expressed interest in specific programs or requested more information.
• Engagement metrics such as clicks, downloads, and session attendance.
• Survey and poll responses if applicable.

All data will be handled in accordance with privacy regulations, and consent will be obtained from attendees where necessary.

We recommend having at least two representatives available during peak times to maximize engagement and reduce wait times for attendees.

We have extended invitations to over 200 high schools in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek), and other major cities in Indonesia. The fair will attract:

• School counselors and career advisors looking for information to share with their students.
